Innoculations
All cats must be FULLY immunised against cat flu and feline infectious enteritis. An upto date vaccination certificate MUST be produced before we can admit your cat. This is for your cat's protection. Each certificate must remain with us, until the end of the boarding period.
Annual boosters
Your cat will require annual boosters. It is advisable for your cat to have their injection 7 days prior to coming into the cattery.
Infections
No cat suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infections or contagious disease will be accepted into the cattery. All cats will be examined on arrival, and the proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health until advice has been sought from a Veterinary surgeon.
Vet
We have a vet on call 24 hours. Owners will appreciate this is essential to provide a safeguard for the health of all the cats. If the cat is found to be unwell but can be treated and poses no risk to the other cats, he/she will be housed separately until they recover and we will give any treatment deemed necessary.
Neutering
Male cats over seven months of age, which have not been neutered CANNOT BE BOARDED as they pose an infection risk.
