Every effort will be made to maintain the current charges, however should their be a substantial increase in the cost of essential commodoties an increase may be inevitable, rather than lower the standard of boarding.
A full day’s board is charged for each day the cat is with us including the day of arrival and the day of departure. This is to allow the essential cleaning and disinfecting of the chalets between visitors.
In the event of owners return before the booked time is up, the FULL fee is payable.
At Christmas and New Year the minimum fee is five days boarding.
If a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, a cancellation fee will be charged.
